Strategic Planning Workshop

Dear CEU Community,

Human RightS Initiative welcomes applications for a one-day workshop on Strategic Planning.

The workshop will take place on Saturday, 10th of March, 11 AM – 6PM

Strategic planning is a systematic process through which an organization agrees on and builds commitment to priorities that are essential to its mission and responsive to the operating environment. We are inviting you to a very practical workshop where you have the possibility to go through a guided strategic planning process and work with your own organization’s direction and ideas. Everybody is welcome to apply, but priority will be given to those applicants who have a sufficient organizational background in order to develop a strategic plan, and/or those that are in a very advanced phase of setting up one. Throughout the day we will be working on different chapters of a strategic plan, with almost no classical presentations planned by the trainer, but the learning about the strategic planning is built in the practice.
