The Cognitive Development Center at Central European University invites applications for a postdoctoral researcher position. The successful candidate will investigate the ways young children track social interactions, represent third-party social relations to others, and select social partners. The project is supervised by Gergely Csibra and is funded by the European Research Council (


Applicants are expected to have a PhD in psychology, cognitive science, or a related field, and a strong record of prior research accomplishments. Applications from graduate students who will submit their dissertation by the start date of this job will be considered. Experience with infant research methods, including eye-tracking, EEG, and computational techniques, is an advantage.
