Day two, themed "moving forward," kicked off with a discussion about the perils of web proliferation around the world. Moderated by Lucie Morillon of Reporters Without Borders, participants in the panel included Carlos Alfonso of Brazil's Internet Steering Committee; Supinya Klangnarong, from Thailand's Campaign for Popular Media Reform; Egypt's Esraa Rashid of Egyptian Democratic Academy; and Kanan Guluzde of Azerbaijian.
