Wolfgang Kleinwaechter presents his lecture "Challenges of Internet Governance" at CEU

CEU's Center for Media and Communications Studies hosted an evening discussion and lecture with University of Aarhus scholar Wolfgang Kleinwaechter. Outlining key developments in the structure and governance of the internet, Kleinwaechter guided the audience through five decades of internet history.

Prof. Kleinwaechter is involved in Internet Governance issues since the early 1990s. Since 2001, he has been involved in ICANN (Internet Corporations for Assigned Names and Numbers) in different roles, since 2009 he serves as the Chair of ICANN`s Nomination Committee.
