PhD student Stefan Cibian talks about his research and his volunteer work at CEU

Stefan, a fourth year PhD student in international relations and European studies, focuses on how EU aid affects sub-Saharan African countries. But he also finds time to volunteer, bringing together young professionals from his home country of Romania.
