Central European University hosted this year's European Conference on Politics and Gender, a three day event of panels and speakers from around the globe. On January 14, the head researchers of the Research Network on Gender, Politics and the State (RNGS) convened to discuss their nearly 15 years of findings on the links among women's movements and states through women's policy agencies.

Amy Mazur (Washington State University), Dorothy McBride (Florida Atlantic University), Maria Bustelo (Universidad Complutense de Madrid), Birgit Sauer (University of Vienna) and Joyce Outshoorn (Leiden University) discussed their work together and launched their project's capstone book.
