The Open Society Archive at CEU contains nearly 7,000 linear meters of records, a unique collection of documents and materials related to recent history and human rights. But OSA is more than just shelf space - the building is a hub of learning, hosting seminars and special events, an annual documentary film festival, and countless exhibitions, while its online counterpart offers access to its collections to millions worldwide.

Hear the Archives' director and its primary archivists discuss the role of OSA, its vast collections from the Balkan Wars, the Radio Free Europe records housed at OSA, and the future of archives like OSA.
