Osama bin Laden's death and its implications, a conversation with CEU's Matteo Fumagalli
Home »
In the pre-dawn hours of May 2, a team of US Navy SEALS infiltrated a secret compound in Pakistan and killed al Qaeda leader and 9/11 mastermind Osama bin Laden.
But his death brings up a host of new questions, says Central European University Professor Matteo Fumagalli. In a wide-ranging interview with CEU's Amy Brouilette, Fumagalli discusses what bin Laden's death means for the US, for al Qaeda, for Pakistan, and for the world.
Fumagalli is the head of our international relations and European studies department.
