At a CEU conference, Philippe Schmitter talks democratic reforms in the EU

Central European University was the principal host for this year's 17th annual Hungarian Political Science Association conference in Budapest, Hungary.

As part of the opening program, political scientist Philippe Schmitter of the European University Institute discussed his thoughts on "stealth" democratic reforms in the European Union.
