At CEU's 20th anniversary graduation ceremony, distinguished Hungarian American author Kati Marton urged CEU's 600 graduates to "go out there and make a difference." Drawing from her own experience as a journalist, she told the 2011 graduating class about the lessons she's learned from a long career in public service. She also accepted the Open Society Prize on behalf of her late husband, US diplomat Richard Holbrooke.
