Former French constitutional council member talks fragility and democracy at CEU

Focusing on the integration of minority groups in Western Europe, former French constitutional council member Dominique Schnapper told an audience at Central European University that "democracies are the most tolerant societies," but that inadequate degrees of tolerance could undermine democratic systems.
