Martin Krygier on "Why the Rule of Law is More Than a Legal Issue"

Legal scholar Martin Krygier discussed how laws and institutions might be the same -- but that context matters -- in a wide-ranging talk at Central European University. Bridging politics and law, Krygier suggested that legal scholars must focus on variation and context in matters of contemporary rule of law.
