French legal expert Robert Badinter on the prospects for a "European justice"

French senator and former justice minister Robert Badinter joined the Central European University community this fall to deliver the annual Marek Nowicki lecture. Badinter - a key played in France's repeal of the death penalty - asserted that Europe's future is in integration, particularly the movement towards a common European justice.
