Professor Philip Howard on Joining the CEU School of Public Policy

Professor Philip Howard joins the CEU School of Public Policy as a Professor for Media & Communication Policy and Governance. Professor Howard will also become the Director of the Center for Media and Communication Studies (CMCS) at CEU. Currently he is a professor of communication, information and international studies at the University of Washington and a fellow at Princeton University's Center for Information Technology Policy.
